Capitalizing on the opportunity presented by a disastrous sprinkler main break & resulting flood, the entire space was reinvented. The budget was extremely tight so a gut renovation of the entire area was not feasible. This challenge led to creative cutting and patching to solve long standing circulation issues. This allowed for the majority of the resources to be allocated to the interior of the Global Sales Hub.
The project included offices, conference rooms, work stations, training rooms, “Harry’s C-Store Cafeteria”, and the new “Global Hub Innovation Center”. It serves as a space for Hussmann to impress customers & partners along with demonstrating prototypes. The results of the $1 million+ renovation of 12,000 square feet are extraordinary.
