This project included gut renovation of over 10,000 sq. ft. of Food Prep, Serving, and Dining Space as well as an additional 12,000 sq. ft. of adjacent areas that were renovated in conjunction with the Kitchen.
This project was completed in phases to ensure that the hospital’s cafeteria was always able to serve food to patients and employees of the hospital. Finishes installed in the serving and dining area provided a much needed face lift to this integral part of CHNE, including a heat producing fireplace, faux stone finishes, and beautiful wood accents.
Beyond finishes, this project provided a major overhaul of the mechanical and electrical systems servicing this part of the hospital including a remote refrigeration system not previously used at the hospital.
